T-molding and bumper molding are still widely used on a variety of products in many different market segments. Both t-molding and bumper molding are available in solid colors, woodgrains, and patterns.

Woodgrain t-molding and bumper molding are unique compared to the rest of the market, as we offer them printed just like edge banding. The more common method of providing woodgrain t-molding is laminating a vinyl on the surface, but the result doesn’t even come close to matching the appearance of a laminate. Both t-molding and bumper molding are available in a wide array of sizes and profiles.

The polypropylene and polyethylene edge banding options are more environmentally-friendly than PVC extruded products. We will be happy to get you technical data on any products of interest. In addition, we can utilize a 3D printer if you need a prototype of a custom plastic extrusion. Patwin is vertically integrated, which is a major benefit compared to many other extruders. All custom tooling and dyes are produced within the Patwin manufacturing facility in New Jersey.
