PRI’s production capabilities allow us to offer one of the most extensive ranges of PVC edge banding available. With more than 40 textures, along with solid colors and woodgrain finishes, we provide the flexibility to match the ever-expanding designs introduced by melamine and HPL producers. Texture matching has become a true advantage, helping your finished products achieve the authentic look and feel of wood rather than a plastic substitute.

Customization is another hallmark of working with PRI. We can supply standard selections or create specialty runs to meet unique design requirements. Every order is produced with careful attention to consistency, ensuring uniform color, finish, and performance regardless of run size.

Our extrusion plant can manufacture PVC edge banding in widths from 5/8 inch up to 3-1/4 inches, with thicknesses ranging from .016 mm to 3 mm. Flexible PVC edge banding for contours is available in 2 mm and 3 mm thicknesses, while fluted PVC edging is offered in 3 mm with popular widths such as 15/16 inch and 1-5/16 inch. If you require a different size or color, we can produce it within three weeks. We also stock a wide range of rigid PVC edge banding to suit diverse applications.

Whether you are looking for solid colors, patterns, or woodgrains, PRI has popular matches already available. Options include a variety of finishes such as high gloss, while woodgrains in 2 mm and thicker can be supplied in either surface print or grain-through styles. If you need a custom pattern that is not already in stock, we can create a cylinder at low cost and typically have it ready in just one to two weeks. Standard production lead times are about two weeks, but for urgent needs we can accelerate delivery thanks to our in-house manufacturing facility.
